Camp Garmsir (4) CMU Offices, Dwyer, Afghanistan
a. Office facilities: Provide four (4) CMU Office Facilities as shown in figures. Based on referenced plans and specifications.
b. Generators: Contractor will supply one (1) 220 kW Diesel Generators
c. HVAC Units: Provide and install 8 HVAC units per building as referenced in plans and specifications
Literacy Center CMU Building , Deleram 2, Afghanistan
Provide, labor, equipment, materials and management to deliver the following facilities to the Government:
1. Site Preparation: Using own Heavy equipment already on base, Unity will grade the total project site area to ensure proper drainage and loose soil (moondust) removal from the site and to clear area for construction.
2. Construct CMU building of 9.14 meters by 18.28 meters (30 feet x 60feet) in size. Construct foundation footers and concrete slab.
Install Power Distribution System.
